 You will get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

 Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will get an email with a link to track your shipment.

 Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good enough condition to sell again in order to be eligible for a return.

 8. How long will it take to get my money back?

 We will process your refund within seven business days of getting and checking your returned item.
 Your original payment method will get the money back.

 9. What should I do if I get a broken or faulty item?

 Please get in touch with us within seven days of delivery and send us pictures or videos of the problem.
 We'll send you a new one or give you your money back at no extra cost.

 10. Do you give a warranty on your goods?

 Yes, most of our products come with a limited warranty that covers defects in the way they were made.
